AGR have developed the Helios GL, a hot end monitoring system which is a process management tool designed to aid hot end operators & process control personnel in managing the quality of containers at the time of production. The Helios GL incorporates multiple, high-resolution cameras & visible light technology to identify very small variations in the IS machine operation & temperatures. Process trends, as well as quality-related & critical defects, can be identified as containers are produced, providing immediate feedback to machine operators. Statistical data is reported for the last 100 containers, correlated by cavity, & up to 1000 containers for all cavities. The Helios GL produces an extremely sharp container image that permits a highly detailed analysis of each bottle for dimensions variations & identification of critical defects. See: www.agrintl.com
