Fuelled by India's growing demand for liquor, food and beverage containers, Hindustan National Glass & Industries Ltd is to set up a greenfield project in Andhra Pradesh. "We are on a high growth path, indicative from the targeted increase in production capacities" commented HNG Joint MD, Mukul Somany "And have earmarked an initial investment of Rs 350 crore (approx US$76M) to set up the greenfield project." In Andhra Pradesh, a clear glass production facility is proposed, producing 450/tpd.
