Heat Regimes For The Operation Of Automatic Glass-Molding Machines

A laboratory rig designed to simulate heat transfer in the glass forming process has been used in studies on the suction mould of a 2VV-12-01 machine with internal cooling. The aim was to determine the dependence of mould inner surface temperature on the flow rate of the coolant impinging on the mould inner surface. The factors derived can be used to calculate the parameters of cooling systems of this type on production machines.
