Hazardous Substances - Export & Import Of Dangerous Chemicals

Commission Regulation EC 1376/2007 of 23 November 2007, amending Annex 1 to Regulation No: 304/2003 of the EP and of the Council concerning the export and import of dangerous chemicals, was published in the Official Journal of the EU, L 307/14 of 24th November 2007. The amendment makes a number of changes to take into account regulatory action in respect of certain chemicals, in particular the decision not to include various substances as active substances in Annex 1 of the Plant Protection Products Directive in the light of their ban for pesticide use. These materials are therefore added to the appropriate lists of chemicals annexed to Regulation 304/2003.
