Haringey Celebrates Rise In Recycling Rate

Haringey council has reported that its recycling rate has risen to 24.6% for Febuary. Councillor Brian Haley, executive member for environment and conservation said: "it's extraordinary to think that only six years ago we had a recycling rate of just 2%."
