Granulation Of Coarsely Dispersed Mixtures Based On Volcanic Ashes

A study of the granulation of batches consisting of 90-92% volcanic ash and 8-10% sodium hydroxide for the production of foam glass showed that the best results were achieved using ash with a specific surface of 150-170 m2/kg and mixing the batch components before granulation.
