Glass In Photovoltaics - A Mixed Reception For Bimode Modules' Debut

Early summer last year, a group of professionals met in Cologne, Germany, to discuss the practicalities of the results of the Bimode work group, which focuses on the design of bifunctional photovoltaic (PV) modules. The group's aim is to develop efficient solar panels which are also aesthetically pleasing. In this paper the reaction of the architects and industry to Bimode's research is given.
