Glass Melting Using An Igbt Full Bridge Resonant Converter

This work describes the design, implementation and application of a full bridge isolated gate bipolar transistors (IGBT) resonant converter used to obtain glass melting. The design procedure is discussed and the complete converter schematics are provided including drivers and control circuits.
