Glass Drilling

Janbac has added a new drilling, notching & milling station to its range of products. The 7000CN station is numerically controlled & can be used as a single unit or integrated into a production line, lined to a CAD reader system. The station features an automatic tool change system with a large storage box & 12 basic positions. It can drill 2 identical or different pieces of glass on each side of the drilling station. Primarily destined for the building industry for architectural glass, the station is available in 2 working widths: 2300 & 3300mm. The machine is equipped with the Electra 4 generation of electric heads, as well as new rotary joints, & piloted by Siemens 840 Di numerical control.The motor power & water cooling have been designed to carry out deep countersinking if necessary. The basic model includes one drilling unit & the advanced model includes two.
