Glass Creations

They have been described as an "artistic marvel in the field of science and a scientific marvel in the field of art". There seems to be no better definition for these glass flowers, which have been in bloom for over a century. Over 3000 delicate models, created by Leopold and Rudolph Blaschka, father and son as well as partners in glass artisanship, can still be admired today at the Harvard Museum of Natural History in Cambridge, USA.
