The production of glass tubes or vials is rising, causing some manufacturers to increase capacity. The TopPac vial from Schott, for pharmaceutical drugs vaccine, has only been available in 2-50ml sizes until recently, but it will now be available as 100ml. Using the latest metallocene technology, Schott uses the copolymer Topas which is lightweight & has excellent purity, as well as high chemical resistance & water barrier properties.
