[Germany] Glass Industry Establishes Glasnet, The Second Energy Efficiency Network

Six companies in the glass industry with eleven sites between them established the second energy efficiency network, GlasNET, on 17 December 2015. Saint-Gobain Glass’s plant in Cologne-Porz hosted the founding event. The network’s members are Auer Lighting, Glaswerk Ernstthal, Noelle und von Campe, Saint-Gobain Glass, Ritzenhoff and Weck. BV Glas is this network’s responsible body and facilitator. In its function of facilitator, BV Glas organises regular energy efficiency meetings for the network. The next network meeting will take place at Ritzenhoff in spring 2016.
