Gas Supply Contract Signed For Uae Float Plant

Emirates Float Glass (EFG) has signed a 15 year nitrogen & hydrogen supply agreement with Air Products & Chemicals & Abdullah Hashim Gases & Equipment, Saudi Arabia's largest private industrial gases firm. EFG is the UAE's first integrated glass processing facility & a subsidiary of Glass LLC, which is wholly-owned by Dubai Investments. Under the agreement, the new companies will design, construct, operate & maintain a new industrial gases production facility to be located in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi. Nitrogen & hydrogen products will be supplied to EFG in order to facilitate continuous & specific atmospheric conditions inside the float glass unit.
