The third edition of the luxury packaging exhibition featured 90 exhibitors of high end fragrance and cosmetics packaging, as well as a smattering of food and liquor packaging. LuxePack brought together the high end in fragrance and speciality packaging vendors. But buyers were looking for luxury on a budget, it seemed.
