UK-based Hunprenco, a British Glass member, develops materials and production methods to assist the glass container industry in its efforts to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and manufacture environmentally-friendly products. After completion of a factory extension in October 2009, together with machinery investments, work began March 2011 on a further extension to Hunprenco's Filey premises to accommodate additional machinery for increased business growth. Furthermore, in an effort to stay ahead of competitors in this demanding market, the company is constantly looking to improve and develop its business with the latest techniques and materials.
