Foaming In The Soda-Lime-Silica Glass Melts With Antimony And Cerium Oxide Fining Agents

The foaming behaviour of soda-lime-silica glass melt was studied by an electrical probe method. The glasses were melted in an atmopshere-controlled tube furnace and the foam volume was measured.
