Float Glass Producer Evaluates Enclosed Batch Conveyors

Pilkington plc is evaluating the effectiveness of enclosed conveyors as part of a campaign to improve housekeeping standards in the batch plant at its Greengate works, St. Helens. Recent modifications by Geo Robson & Co (Conveyors) Ltd to increase the capacity of the plant include new arrangements for handling reject batch.
