The Jumbo stacker has been developed by Hegla following many years of research studying the needs of the float glass producer. In conbination with two alignment and transport conveyors, the jumto stacker represents cycle times of the most modern design. Through the CNC control with PC controller for the drive system, jumbo lites can be lifted, lowered, turned and rotated. The lite, with a glass thickness from 2mm-12mm, is transported in through a roller conveyor and is aligned in both x and y-direction.
