Faster, Economical Pressing With Is Technology

At the recent Glastec exhibition in Dusseldorf, Poting GmbH, launched a press machine incorporating two advances which mark a dramatic shift away from the hydraulic press, rotating turntable systems. The Eco-Press IS system combines a novel electromechanical drive for the press plunger (the Eco-Press) with the IS type arrangement which has been so successful for the blow-blow and press-blow processes.
