The Evolution Of Decoration

Tecno5 has created a new generation of electronic 8-colour screenprinting machines: the RC894E for bottle printing and the RC895E for tableware decoration. These machines feature easier linear or rotary motion and electronically-controlled devices have been substituted for mechanical components. Ware support holders and carriages are now driven by servomotors and are synchronised by software. The object rotation system is completely electronically controlled, with data set on a computerised touch-screen panel. Printing stations can be independently electronically controlled so different instructions can be given to each station and different diameters, eg a bottle's body and neck, can be printed. The elimination of mechanical components has drastically reduced ware and tear and maintenance costs. For more information see: www.tecno5.it
