[End-Of-Life Vehicles] Call For Eu-Wide Scrap Bonus

Europe's car recycling sector continues to suffer from illegal exports and uncontrolled dismantling of end-of-life- vehicles (ELVs). So how do we stop this? Mandatory EU-wide financial incentives for the last owner of a car would make a change for the better, suggested industry exports speaking at the latest International Automobile Recycling Congress. Their hopes are now resting on the EU's new ELV directive.
