Electrochemical Mechanism Of The Oxygen Bubble Formation At The Interface Between Oxidic Melts And Zirconium Silicate Refractories

Tests have indicated a reaction mechanism based on internal reduction of polyvalent ionic zirconium silicate impurities and oxidation of oxide ions of the melt at the zirconium silicate surface.
