Electrical And Mechanical Properties Of Quenched Sno2 Films On Glass Substrates

Tin oxide films were prepared on glass substrates of different thermal expansion coefficients, from different tin compounds by chemical vapour deposition with simultaneous quenching. The factors determining electrical conductivity and strength were determined. The bending strength was increased when the CVD monoliquid application technique was used and further strengthening was achieved by the use of organic tin compounds.
