Electric Conductivity Of Antimony-Germanium-Selenium System Glasses In A Broad Temperature Range (In Russian)

The electric conductivity of Sb-Ge-Se glasses increased with increasing temperature at 300-1000 degrees due to the gradual delocalization of valence electrons and metalization of chemical bonds. The electric conductivity of melts was significantly affected by the glass structure in the solid state.
