Effect Of Temperature And Salt Additions On The Viscosity Of Borosilicate Glass.

The glass investigated was of Pyrex-brand composition, namely, SiO2 80.40% B2O3 11.9, Na2O 5.11, As2O3 0.50, Al203 1.49 and MgO 0.51. The following salts were introduced into the batch UO2(NO3)26H2O, Th(NO3)412H2O, (NH4OH) H2O7Mo03, BeCO, Ce(CO)35H2O, AND Na2SiF6.
