Effect Of Additives To Solvent On The Surface Roughness Of Silica Based Coating Films With Concave-Convex Surface Derived From Teos-Mtes Solutions

In this study, the influence of additives such as water, aldehyde, acetal, ester, carboxylic acid and several kinds of diol compounds on the surface roughness of the resultant films prepared form a coating sol of the mixture of TEOS and MTES, have been examined.
