[Draft] Product Safety And Metrology Etc. (Amendment Etc.) (Eu Exit) Regulations 2019

Following the recent BEIS EU Exit Reading Rooms, the Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 have now been laid in draft before Parliament and are available on gov.uk website. The Regulations are subject to the affirmative procedure and so will be debated in parliament. In the unlikely event of no deal they will come into force on exit day — 11pm on 29th March 2019.
