Determination Of The Optical Constants Of Chalcogenide Glass Thin Films From The Envelopes Of Their Transmission And Reflection Spectra (In Spanish)

In this paper, optical transmission and reflection spectra, at normal indidence, of binary chalcogenide glass thin films of the chemical composition Ge33Se67, deposited by thermal evaporation, were obtained in the 400nm to 2200nm spectral region.
