Design-A-Glass Toughens Up

Examples of curved, toughened glass can be found in any shopping mall in the UK and architects specify it for staircases, balconies and decorative awnings. Its popularity is due to a number of factors: safety, optical features and decorative qualities. This article briefly describes the activities of Nottingham-based company "Design-A-Glass", formed five years ago by Steve Jones, who previously worked for Plyglass and Paul Cropper, with an engineering background.
