Deposition Techniques And Colorimetric Analyses Of Multilayer Optical Coatings At O.D.L.

A short introduction of the ODL (Optical Deposition Laboratory) and its facilities for the production of optical coatings is given. Colorimetric measurements of the produced coatings are performed by means of the spectrophotometric method. Two kinds of instruments are used to this purpose, and in this paper their different capabilities for colorimetric characterization are considered. Finally, several uses of the spectrophotometer for the colour tests are discussed.
