Decoration Re-Introduced

O-I have re-introduced decoration at the former United Glass factory in Alloa, Scotland, to provide spirits industry clients with an integrated on-site production and decoration service. Principal decoration activities at Alloa are bottle coating, automatic screenprinting and waterslide transfer application. The site also offers ribboning and badge application. The decorating operation was originally opened ten years ago by premier Glass Packaging, a former subsidiary of United Glass. Having facilities on-site keeps customers' transport and warehousing costs to a minimum and improves development lead times. (whole item)
