Crystalex (Novy Bor) will reportedly be taken over by CBC Invest (Czech Republic), which has offered CEK 360 million for the bankrupt glassworks. CBC Invest has Russian capital and is represented by the Czech businessman Jiri Hudera. However, the court has not yet passed the transaction.
