Glass container mould manufacturer, Johnson Radley Ltd, is undergoing a complete change of company culture since the appointment of a new managing director. When Dr Robert Brech took over as managing director of the company in June 1995, he was completely new to the glass industry. His appointment followed a change in the financial structure of the company.
