Crystallization Kinetics Of Tellurite Glasses Studied By Dsc And Dta

Crystallization kinetics of two tellurite glasses were studied using isothermal and non-isothermal methods. DSC and DTA scans were employed to obtain respectively isothermal and non-isothermal data. A binary and a ternary tellurite glass compositions were studied and compared. Crystallization kinetics were analyzed using the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami theory, and crystal growth parameters were obtained. Time-temperature-transformation curves were calculated.
