The Cost Of Quality

Quality involves creating, maintaining, upgrading and delivering a product as well as having standards in place toat meets or exceeds the expectation sof the customer. This article assesses the "Cost of Quality" - which can be defined as costs associated with quality-related efforts and deficiencies including assurance, preventing, detecting and remediating product issues related to quality.
