Corrosion Test Method Offers Simple, Reliable And Cost-Effective Solution

An easier and improved method of analysing the corrosion of pressed refractories in contact with molten glass has recently been developed. This paper describes a test method which has been derived from the crucible test method (PRE-R34) and provides an easy, quick, cost effective and accurate method of comparing glass contact under static isothermal conditions.
