Controlling Natural Gas Costs

As utility markets are privatised and deregulated, consumers are having to adjust from purchasing from monopoly suppliers to purchasing in a competitive market. Utility companies in the meantime are vying for market share while still needing to maintain high profits to satisfy their shareholders. The choices and complexity of options available to companies have left them in a state of confusion, a situation that looks set to continue.
