Community Customs Code

The Commission has amended Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 laying down provisions for the implementation of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 establishing the Community Customs Code. Applying on 1st January 2011, countries benefitting from the General System of Preferences have until 1 July 2016 (or 2019) to comply with the registered exporter system. The Regulation also presents the updated list of products and working or processing operations which confer originating status.
