Cleaning Up Mould Lubrication

Mould doping is one of the few manual operations which take place at the forming machine. The operation itself poses a risk of injury for the operators and the subsequent burn off of the carrier oil does nothing for the atmosphere of the hot end. Automated mould coating systems, however, have yet to get well established, despite the potential for significant benefits.
