China Specialty Glass AG said its main operating entity Guangzhou Hing Wah Glass Industry Co. (HWG), Ltd. has concluded an exclusive distributorship agreement with a Saint-Gobain France subsidiary for selected advanced glazing solutions. Under the deal, the Saint-Gobain Glass subsidiary grants China Specialty Glass-Group against payment the right to exclusively distribute various high-end glass products of its Quantum Glass line of products in the People's Republic of China for a period of 10 years. The Saint-Gobain Glass has agreed to support the promotion costs of Quantum Glass product range and will bear certain marketing expenses. The distribution deal is also expected to further enhance the growth prospects of China Specialty Glass and complement the product range of China Specialty Glass at the premium product level.
