[China] Kibing Invests In Pv Glass Project

Ningbo-based glass manufacturer Kibing Group signed an agreement on 17 January 2010 to invest RMB 3.5BN to construct two energy-conserving glass production lines in the Qingshuitang Industrial Zone, Zhuzhou, Hunan province, China. The first line is expected to have a daily production of 600 tons of low-emissivity glass, while the second will produce 800 tonnes of ultra-clear glass per day for thin-film solar cell companies. Annual sales of the project, scheduled to be completed in five years, are expected to reach RMB 3BN.
