China: Glass Industry Transformation Guidelines

As an integral part of China's ninth five-year plan (1996-2000), the State Administration of Building Materials Industry has issued a series of recommendations for the involvement of large international glass companies in a programme of technical transformation within the flat and processed glass sectors.
