Chihuly'S Fireworks Of Glass

Fireworks of Glass, the largest permanent blown glass sculpture ever created by renowned artist Dale Chihuly is a new feature of The Children's Musum of Indianapolis, rising through a five-story atrium above a floating glass ceiling. Underneath the ceiling, a permanent hands-on interactive exhibit area provides learning stations where visitors create their own sculptures from a wide variety of colourful, moulded glass-like shapes called polyvitro. Visitors can also view a 180 deg virtual image of the Hot Shop where Chihuly and his team blow glass. See: www.childrensmusum.org
