Changes At Royal Doulton

Following the surprise resignation of Royal Doulton's chief Executive last May the Royal Doulton board appointed its Managing Director, Patrick Wenger, as its new Chief Executive. He faces some tough decisions as he puts in motion the new structures that will carry the 200 year old company into the next millennium. He tells Tableware International that, apart from examining in detail every aspect of design, sales, marketing and production, he is intent on maximising the potential skills of every individual in the organisation.
