Celebrating 200 Years In Business

Heye-Glas of Germany marks its 200th anniversary this year. The company was established in July 1799 and has continued to develop from a national glass container manufacturer to an internationally active group of companies with subsidiaries and partnerships in Europe and the USA. Today the company employs more than 3000 people, of which around 1200 work at the plants in Obernkirchen and Germersheim. Group sales are in excess of DM500m. (whole item)
