Cctv Furnace Cameras Enable Clear, Direct Monitoring

The Lenox/Pultz family of high-temperature video camera systems gives plant engineers & operators clear, high-resolution views of burner flames, material alignment & movement, & other process conditions in glass manufacturing applications. The units are designed to be mounted either directly through the wall, flush with the exterior wall of a glass furnace or other combustion chamber, or for pan-and-tilt control. Available with a stainless steel or aluminium housing, they are widely used in applications such as the optimisation of burner flame geometry & monitoring of material mix, melting point, bubbler operation, batch pile & formation patterns, & refractory wear. The camera housing employs a steel triple-wall laminar flow for efficient water-cooling of the camera & pinhole lens technology, operating in hostile environments up to 2345 deg C.
