Bulgarian Glassmaker Invests Euros 15M

Bulgarian glassworks, New Glass, part of the Greek Yioula Group, has launched a new glass melting furnace for the production of tabletop items. The new facility is part of the firm's 3-year Euros 15M investment programme. The facility will create 400 jobs in Novi Pazar in North East Bulgaria. The Sorg furnace has an annual capacity of 100M items. Products produced will be shipped abroad with only small quantities supplied to local markets.
