Breaking In New Markets

Test methods for typical forced entry in Japan and resistant properties with various glazing products were investigated. Resistance time and noise level were measured. Monolithic annealed glass, film-coated glass, insulating glass, and laminated annealed glass were used as specimens. Laminated annealed glass, especially having 0.03-0.09-inch interlayer, showed high resistance compared with other glazing products.
