Bottle Printer Synchronises Rotation For Razer-Sharp Image

M&M has created a machine that offers high-quality imprinting of bottles & cylindrical objects. The AM-180 handles oval, conical & cylindrical surfaces & prints on all kinds of containers. A key feature synchronizes the rotation of the object with the screen's movement to produce a razor sharp image in exact registration. To ensure the best possible image, the print stroke has a sharp cutoff to prevent the squeegee from coasting into the next print cycle & once the cycle is completed, the part remains stationary while the screen lifts straight up. The result is a faster & more accurate infeed with better positioning. The AM-180 can deliver up to 1,200 IPH, accepts cylindrical objects up to 6" diameter & has an infinitely variable speed drive powered by a DC motor. Options include double & triple-stroke attachments, nose cone adaptors & many more.
