Borate Glasses, Crystals And Melts

An international conference solely dedicated to borate glasses, crystals and melts was held for only the second time in 20 years at Abingdon, UK, from 22-26 July 1996. The meeting reported on the progress being made in understanding the structure-property relations of borates, novel glasses and industrial and technical applications. Over 100 delegates from around the world contributed to the proceedings.
